Sorry to hear that. We had some discussion about how far back he got
Betty Boothroyd's line. It seems he had the same problem I had - too
many contemporary George Boothroyds although hers wasn't the same as
mine. I always intended to take another look and get back to him if I
got it sorted but never got round to it.

I was thinking of him this week as I passed a Holiday Inn here in Edinburgh.
We had dinner together there about 10 years ago. He had identified a line
in my family tree as his ancestors had live nearby. Great chap.
