I wonder if anyone has any suggestions please?
Family Search has all the images for the Bishop's Transcripts of
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-892X-H3Z6?cc=1465708&cat=976859.
I want to be able to extract all the cases (B M & D) of one particular
surname. As there are 872 pages associated with this file I am trying
to find an easy way of doing this.
I don't mind what format the result appears in but it needs to contain all
the relevant information for each person. I can't see anyway of doing
it using any of Family Search's
search options. I also can't see any other site that I could extract
the information from.
Any ideas please.
From the main menu choose Search>Records and at the bottom of the page
choose More Options. Enter the name and date and at the bottom of the
page choose Image Group Number (DGS) or Film Number and enter the film
number, which is 004034506. (You can see this on the page you
referenced above.)

Even with Show Exact Search selected, this does seem to throw up results
from other collections besides the BTs, but it's the best I can come up
with.

Thank you for the suggestion, this certainly goes a long way to help. I
now trying to find a way to isolate the "non-BTs".
Unfortunately Family Search "Search" page has just gone down with a 404
error. I'll wait till it comes back up again.

There are many ways to search Family Search. First there is the search
you get when you go to
https://www.familysearch.org/search/

Then you can search local records
https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/list/

or you can search the catalog
https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog

With each of these there are sub search routines. some even ending up
with a search of the original document index.
